ECCE aims to ensure that all mechanical requirements and services are planned and designed efficiently. Our HVAC, or ‘climate control’ designs, are particularly important in the design of medium to large residential or commercial towers, and in non-static clean environments where humidity and temperature must be closely regulated. We base our heating, ventilation and air conditioning designs, including district cooling plans, on the basic principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and heat transfer, while further striving to implement the most innovative mechanical engineering solutions drawn from expertise from around the world. Whereas, plumbing systems are tailored to meet the water usage standards and drainage requirements.

Fire & Security

ECCE produces the most up-to-date designs, which incorporate fire and security technology that complies with the most stringent safety international standards. Our expertise has led us to create state of the art security, fire fighting and fire alarm system designs; including automatic and manual initiating devices, audible and visual indicating appliances, radio transmitters, automatic diallers, and cellular backup diallers.
